Shipping Policies

Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers are valid for select products being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Offer not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Free Shipping offers do NOT apply to International deliveries. Items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost.

Orders being shipped within the 48 contiguous states are shipped either UPS Ground or US Postal Service Parcel Post.

Shipping Transit Times
Depending on destination, please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. For estimated delivery time to your state, please view the Shipping Info section on the product details page.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Orders being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped US Postal Service Parcel Post. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available. Transit map shown above does apply to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Expedited Shipping
UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select are available, if orders are needed quickly, for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like one of these services by selecting the appropriate service during checkout.

UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or any national holiday as a transit day nor do they deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For help deciding what expedited method is best please call 1.800.946.3788.

Same Day Shipping
Same Day Shipping is available on most products. If you need same day shipping please call 1.800.946.3788 between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern. Please note that 'Same Day Shipping' does not mean that your order will arrive at your shipping destination the same day you order it.

APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses
Shipments to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses are shipped USPS Parcel Select. Expedited and express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses. Standard delivery timeframe do not apply to APO/FPO & P.O. Box shipments. To avoid delays we suggest shipping your order to a physical address rather than a PO Box or APO/FPO.

International Shipping
International Shipping Now Available!

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Average delivery time is 2-3 weeks. We can NOT guarantee international shipments. Any delays in time, damages or lost packages will have to be handled directly with USPS by the customer. You may be charged customs/import fees from the destination country prior to delivery. These charges are from the customs department of the country and are not the responsiblity of Picnicbaskets.com.

Shipping Locations
Most orders ship from our Easton, PA warehouse. On occasion we may ship your order from alternative locations throughout the continental United States. This may or may not cause shipping times to vary. For information on where a product ships from please call 1.800.946.3788.

Undeliverable Shipments
Most shipping carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Unless requested by customer our packages do not require a signature for delivery. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this case, an additional shipping charge will be deducted from any refund and/or an additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment.

Refused by Recipient
A $10 return delivery fee will also be applied for delivery refusal on non-damaged goods. An additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment.
