First basket wicker came slightly damaged; replacement came with slightly more damage. Custom service was good and very prompt. I returned the second one and ept the first at a discount. I would deal with the company again. (Posted on 5/10/11)

I bought this particular basket for the insulated food compartment. The insulation works pretty well considering the type of food one would bring on a picnic.
