What materials are the components in this picnic basket contstructed of?

The plates are ceramic, utensils are stainless steel, the salt/pepper shakers are plastic and the cutting board is also plastic.

What is the weight of the basket? Both including and excluding the cutlery, please.

This picnic basket for 6 weighs 5 lbs. when including the plates, cutlery etc. Without the accessories the weight is 3 lbs.
